Pay A Visit to Dallas World Aquarium and Zoological Garden - Find Fun for All
An old warehouse in 1801 of North Griffin Street near the Historic West End District in downtown Dallas is today the Dallas World Aquarium that is open to public in October in the year 1992. By 1924, the warehouse was empty until 1982. In this long gap, the building was used of industrial processes like Mohawk Rubber Company and Pioneer Steel Rule and Die.
The adjacent building in North Griffin was purchased in 1996, which also is part of this ecological system. This now is part of the restaurants and bar "Tejano Rodeo" and the alley between the two buildings is now the channel for freshwater and saltwater ecosystems, known as the ORINOCO, Secrets of the River that was opened to the public in 1997.
