In fact, with the prices so very low, it is like the place is on a perpetual happy hour. In addition to this, there is the happy news that the actual happy hour prices do exists and they apply all the items on the menu, including wine and exotic items like Sushi. So even when you are on a budget, you can come to the Abacus and enjoy a great meal. There are also special four course meals at the Abacus that are $45 per head!
